Fermented Cassava/ Tapioca Flour (Natural Potassium Sorbate)

It is the potassium salt of natural sorbic acid which is manufactured through fermentation of Glucose (extracted from Tapioca) to sorbic acid.

Dosages:

Basically, used in 0.3 -0.5% of Natural potassium Sorbate having moisture percentage <10%

This can be increased to 0.5-0.7% if moisture content is >10%.
