Industrial Experience
- Served Ion Exchange India Limited for Two years from May 1987 to April 1989 as Process (Chemical) Engineer.
- Served Unicorn Organics Limited for two years from May 1989 to June 1991 as Senior Process Engineer.
- Served Bharat Starch & Chemicals Limited (Thapar Group of companies) from June 1991 to July 1993 as Senior Process Engineer and Assistant Manager (Process Engineering) in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, India.
- Served as Manager to General Manager for Starchem Industries Limited (Gayatri Group of Companies) from July 1993 to August 1995.
- Started Prathista Industries as Promoter Director during September 1995 and established Manufacturing facility to produce Organic Plant Nutrients and successfully managing day to day operations of Prathista Industries Limited as President for the Company.

- Dr. KVSS.SAIRAM (Dr. RAM) is Graduate in Chemical Technology with PG Diploma in Project Management and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi Open University, New Delhi. Also Masters in Environmental Engineering & Technology from Rajeev Gandhi Institute of Environment & Technology.
- Dr. RAM is also having Associate Membership in Indian Institute of Environment, Mumbai, Management Studies Promotion Institute, New Delhi and Association of Carbohydrate Chemists & Technologies – India.
- Dr. RAM is a visiting Faculty for few Universities
- Dr. RAM is Executive Body (Vice President) in Asian PGPR society
- Dr. RAM has 8 years of commendable Industrial experience in Projects and Process Engineering Departments and worked at various capacities in different organizations and gained Rich experience in process optimization and project departments.
- After serving few Industries, Dr. RAM started closely held Public Limited Company to establish Fermentation (Bio Technology) based process Industry in 1996. Since then he is a successful entrepreneur as MD & PRESIDENT of PRATHISTA INDUSTRIES LIMITED (www.prathista.com) and effectively managing day to day operations of the Company.
- Dr. RAM is responsible for progress of the company Nationally & Internationally for Vertical Growth of Prathista.
- Dr. RAM mission is to make Prathista as Indian based Multinational Company by expanding Company activities globally.
- Dr. RAM is instrumental in conceptualizing Indigenously developed technologies and established state of the art fermentation facilities to manufacture various Biotechnology products, which find applications in Several sectors.
- Dr. RAM also established an In-House R&D center since the inception of the company with a capital investment of 1.80 Million USD which was inaugurated by the Secretary to Govt. of India, Ministry of Science & Technology.
- Dr. RAM has conceptualized several Net Working activities for Prathista R&D center with Academia, National Laboratories (Nationally & Internationally) to conduct Post Graduation and Ph.D programs through Partly Research & Partly Paper (PRPP) scheme for working Professionals.
- Prathista's In-House R&D center is enjoying recognition from various Indian Govt. Organizations like Department of Bio-Technology, National labs and Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR) and also with multi-locational academic institutions under PUBLIC-PRIVATE partnership.

Dr. RAM is also a pattern member in Association of Biotechnology and Pharmacy (ABAP) in INDIA.
Dr. RAM has established “Prathista Farmers welfare Foundation” (a nonprofit making Organization) with a vision to improve living standards of poor farmers and also to encourage & inspire young generation to retain them in their homeland to convert Agriculture as Profit making Industry to arrest suicides of poor farmers.
Dr. RAM is instrumental for Prathista's success and is responsible for getting the highest recognitions globally and so far Prathista - Dr. Ram recieved more than 230++ national & International awards, which includes 10 president of india awards.
Prathista has been honored with two years “Associate Membership” in Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
